Vanilla sponge moistened with Kirsch, with layers of fresh strawberries (marinated in liqueur and vanilla) and light chantilly cream, decorated with a surround of strawberries. A French classic.

A classical French cake named after the Opera Garnier of Paris. Created by combining layers of thin almond biscuit with alternate layers of coffee butter cream and chocolate ganache. A delicious combination of coffee and chocolate.

St Honore

A traditional French cake named after the patron saint of pastry cooks. Created using layers of puff pastry, choux paste and Grand Marnier cream and garnished with a circle of profiteroles glazed in toffee.

A traditional favourite created in the unique style of Le Petit Fourneau. Classical chocolate sponge moistened with Kirsch, layered with whipped cream and cherries, then wrapped in folds of paper thin chocolate.

A moist orange almond cake, lightly flavoured with Cointreau and covered with rich ganache cream. Made with fresh oranges and ground almonds to provide an authentic and delicious flavour.

Croquembouche

An impressive creation often used as the centerpiece at French celebrations. Small choux pastry balls are filled with Cointreau cream and held together with toffee to form a spectacular cone shape, which is then decorated with sugar flowers and toffee.
